Konferenzteilnahme „Global Inequalities“

Vom 27. bis 29. Juni fand an der Universität Manchester die diesjährige Konferenz „Global Inequalities“ der Development Studies Association statt.

In der Paneldiskussion „The political economy of social protection” haben Dr. Barbara Rohregger und Prof. Dr. Katja Bender zwei Arbeitspapiere vorgestellt: “The politics of implementation or why Institutional context matters?: The Role of Traditional authorities in delivering pro-poor social policies in Kenya” und “Understanding multiple trajectories of extending social protection to the poor - An analysis of institutional change in Kenya”.
