Participant's costs covered by the project 'International Alumni Conference at H-BRS in September 2015'

Please notice: Your travel expenses may be paid by the university if you arrive and leave within a maximum of five days prior to 28 September or after 30 September.

• Maximum cost coverage return travel from your home country to Bonn (see list of countries below): Return flight (standard class) from your home country to Germany (Cologne/Bonn, Frankfurt or Düsseldorf airport) including train connections: return ticket from arrival airport in Germany – Bonn (standard class). (Actual travel expenses will be reimbursed upon production of tickets.)

- Participants from North and South American, Asian countries, from Australia, New Zealand: € 1,200
- Participants from Middle Eastern countries: € 900
- Participants from African countries (with the exception of North Africa): € 800
- Participants from Eurasian and North African countries: € 600
- Participants from European (Non-EU) and East European countries: € 500
- Participants from West European countries: € 400

You will be informed of the confirmed maximum lump sum payable for travel expenses in the invitation/letter confirming admission after applications have been reviewed.

• Visa fees up to a maximum of € 60
• Health insurance for your stay in Germany (up to a maximum of € 30)
• Overnight stay including breakfast at the conference hotel in Bonn from 27 September to 1 October. Lunch, coffee breaks and dinner at the venues in question.
  (The conference hotel will be booked and made available for this period by the event organisers.)
• Excursion on 27 September including catering. Participants of the Excursion are invited to arrive already on 26 September for an additional overnight stay at the conference hotel.
