Many technological fields in industry perform greatly, but still it could be better, faster, easier, more efficient, or simply more intelligent. In the institute of Technology, Resource and Energy-efficient Engineering, more than 40 scientists at the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences carry out research concerning technical and scientific topics and offer their expertise in research and development projects.

Corporate research projects

We are strongly interested in the transfer of sustainable technologies into society and industry. Therefore, we are continuously looking for new partners to realise fascinating research projects together.

Round table of experts

In coordination with our local partners we offer public seminars and committee meetings regularly. They serve to exchange thoughts and views on various topics and problems to find appropriate solutions.

Open research seminar

Our regular open research seminars support the exchange on scientific topics. Our research partners, companies and working groups showcase their work with a presentation. In the subsequent expert discussion experiences can be shared, and possible forms of collaboration can be exploited.
