Especially the divergences of ADHD and autism are increasingly being discussed. Increasingly, the question arises whether neurodivergence should be pathologised or perceived as part of human diversity, whether diagnoses are meaningful at all, and what consequences result from both models for neurodivergent persons and our society.

Tanja Serapinas is a neurodivergent social worker and self-employed with a counselling and coaching service for people from the ADHD and/or autism spectrum according to the neurodiversity paradigm. She is also active in educational work.
