goFLUX
The special feature of the goFLUX-app is the algorithm, which automatically defines a meeting point and a price for the ride. With every ride, Fluxers contribute to the reduction of the volume of traffic and emissions.
The cooperation between CENTIM and goFLUX was initiated in 2019 and this enables students and employees of the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences to use and test it. The project contributes to the solution of current mobility problems in rural and urban areas.
In cooperation with the H-BRS and the CENTIM, it is currently being investigated whether the coordination of common routes can have a lasting effect on the traffic volume and thereby save costs. This project also aims to promote the sustainability of the university in the field of mobility.
CENTIM is currently offering Bachelor thesis topic in the the context of and complementing our mobility research project with goFlux.
