Employee and conflict counselling

In cooperation with the University of Bonn, we offer all H-BRS employees company social counselling .

Here we work together with Mr Stephan Rothes srothes@uni-bonn.de; phone: +49 228 73-5060).

If employees or managers are looking for prompt support in dealing with professional or personal tensions, or if a team is looking for advice on developing goal-oriented communication and creating a new culture of conflict, Mr Rothes is the right person for the job.

In addition to this, we offer further counselling options via an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and are very pleased to have gained the experienced service provider BG prevent for this purpose.

This additional programme enables individual face-to-face counselling for all employees and managers at H-BRS. Colleagues under stress can receive prompt, professional support and competent help.

External counselling outside of working hours - note on using the EAP service:
The external counselling provided by Ms Hoffknecht and Mr Reppahn takes place outside of working hours.
