Easter vacation
Sweet science: discover the art of making your own sweets (all places occupied)
14.04. -17.04. from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. - for 5th to 7th grade girls
In this Easter vacation course, we invite you to design your own sweets while gaining exciting insights into the science behind sweet treats. We will guide you through a fun and educational process where you will learn how to make high quality chocolate and gummy bears from scratch. From the raw materials and their properties to the correct temperature control and molding of the sweets - all steps are explored and carried out together.
Teamwork and problem-solving play just as important a role in this workshop as creativity. You will learn how different ingredients and techniques affect the taste, texture and appearance.
Summer vacation
14.07. - 17.07. from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. - for pupils from Year 8 onwards
18.08. - 21.08. from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. - for schoolgirls in grades 5 to 7
Fall vacation
13.10. - 16.10. from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. - for students in 8th grade and above
21.10. - 24.10. from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. - for schoolgirls in grades 5 to 7
