Play in the Game Studio! (Room C 058 and C 061)

Immerse yourself in the world of "Honu", a captivating adventure game developed by students from the GameDev team. In another game, you explore virtual worlds in the past and the future with a digital Neanderthal. The latest hardware is on display in the Game Studio and you can play games on the arcade machine. In the Hornet Lab, the high-resolution display wall shows what it can do

Robots show what they can do! (RoboLab Room C069)

It is fascinating to see how robots are developing more and more abilities to act autonomously and without constant external control. This year's world champion team b-it-bots@work together with b-it-bots@home will show their robots in action. Various robots (QT, the Robiles, Lucy & Freddy) will present themselves in our laboratory and show what they can already do.

Digital Maker Space (11:00 -13:00 in lab C 017)

The Digital Makerspace offers free digital tools (ccm-based web components) for creating your own applications. Created apps can then be used flexibly anywhere on the web and shared with others. They can be installed as stand-alone components on the platforms already in use. Try it !

Workshop Lockpicking (Room C 125)

This is about the topic of (in)security

After a brief introduction to the topic of (in)security, you can try to pick various locks yourself.

Studierwerkstatt Room C 153 (13:00 Uhr - 18:00 Uhr)

Students meet here to work independently or in small groups on exercises of their choice. The tutors present can help with individual questions, but they do not organise "lessons".  The study information day offers the opportunity to exchange ideas and network directly with students.

Fachschaft Informatik Hochschulstraße Room A 051 (11:00 Uhr - 16:00 Uhr)

This is where the student council of the Department of Computer Science is involved. Students spend time together in the student council room, where drinks are sold and events are organised. The FSR is committed to the interests of the students and is in regular dialogue between lecturers and students and actively participates in committees.  It also supports first-year students, for example, so that they can settle in and network quickly, with information and a programme about the university and the department.
