Visit from Jordan

The Jordanian colleagues Dr Dhiah el Dhien Abou-Tair, Dr Abdullah Alfarrarjeh and Dr Ammar Gharaibeh from the School of Electrical Engineering and IT at the German-Jordanian University (GJU) in Amman, Jordan, visited the department in order to strengthen cooperation in the field of research. This is one of the declared aims between H-BRS and GJU, which is to be intensified as part of a HAW International project at H-BRS (TakeOff4Internationalisation - TOFI). The TOFI project is a project of the entire university and has supported the stay of the three Jordanian colleagues.

The fact that this visit was combined with the meeting of Honorary Professor Dr Ken Kent from the University of New Brunswick shows the diversity of the international partnerships and the focus on topics such as entrepreneurship.
