Thanks to its central location and state-of-the-art technology, ranging from VR/AR systems, an impressive LED wall and multi-touch wall to the visualisation lab with the unique HORNET screen and the Game Studio, the IVC offers everything an exceptional event needs.

Introduction to VR Development
The workshop is aimed at beginners who would like to gain their first practical experience in the field of virtual reality (VR). The aim is to provide a sound overview of the technical basics, areas of application and development possibilities in the VR environment.
During the workshop, participants will receive an introduction to the basic concepts of virtual reality. In the practical part that follows, they work on their own small VR projects in the university's Game Studio. They will be supported by experienced contacts from the field of interactive media development.
The workshop will take place in the AI & Visualisation Showroom and in the Game Studio on the Sankt Augustin Campus of Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg. The technical equipment with VR systems, multi-touch and LED walls offers optimal conditions for practical learning experiences.
