• Project idea (from rough outline to detailed proposal)

The ZWT provides support with

• Identifying suitable funding opportunities (Research Funding Team)
• Assistance with finding partners and forming consortia, if necessary (Innovation and Network Management Team)

• Drafting a project description in accordance with funding guidelines
• Drafting a work plan
• Library Services: Research Data Management, Open Access, Research Services

The Research Funding Team provides support with

• Project cost estimation
• Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing a cooperation agreement, if applicable
• Advice on non-scientific parts of the application

The library supports, among other things, with its research services

• Research data management
• Publications and Open Access
• Digitization of research
   

• Compliance with the Higher Education Act: When submitting a full application, applicants are required to notify the university administration of any externally funded projects!
• The notification of externally funded projects also includes an ethics questionnaire

Support from the ZWT with

• Filling out application forms (e.g., AZA) or submitting an application via the upload portal (Research Funding Team)

• Please note the submission method (online/by mail) and deadline!

Support from ZWT regarding

• Signatures from the President´s Office

Please submit documents to ZWT two weeks before the submission deadline or mailing date!

• Project Launch

Support from ZWT in

• Consulting on commercialization issues such as patents and licenses (Research Funding Team)
• Identifying and recruiting application partners (Innovation and Network Management Team)

-->Project support taken over by the Third-Party Funding Team (Administrative unit 3: Finance and Purchasing)
