Important information about the application portal:

• Online application:

         You apply online for a study place.

         You do this in the university's application portal. It's called: APOLLO.

         Here's what you need to do:

1. Create an account:

   First you need to create an account.

   To do this, you need your email address and some personal details.

2. Fill out the application form:

   Then you fill out the application form.

   First you choose the study subject.

   Then you enter your school-leaving certificate.

3. Upload documents:

   You must upload important documents.

   For example, your grade report or a photo of yourself.

   There are deadlines by which you must submit your application.

   Make sure you meet the deadlines.

4. Check status:

   Degree programmes without admission:

   Your degree programme may be without admission. If so, you will automatically be accepted.

   Restricted admission degree programmes:

   Your degree programme may also have restricted admission.

   This means that there are only a limited number of places.

   In this case, you will not automatically be accepted.

   The places are allocated according to certain rules.

   For example, your grade point average counts.

   If you get a place, you will receive an acceptance letter.

   Otherwise, you will receive a rejection letter.

   Check the portal regularly.
