If you are enrolled on an English-language degree programme at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, you can register for German courses to accompany your studies. If you are aiming for a German-language degree programme at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences but do not yet meet the language requirements, you can apply for the preparatory intensive German C1 course.

Intensive German C1 preparatory course

The preparatory intensive German C1 course is aimed at future applicants who wish to study a subject at Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg and fulfil the subject requirements but do not yet have an unsatisfactory knowledge of German.

Informationen on TestDaF

The TestDaF is designed to assess whether you have the language skills to complete a degree programme. If you pass the TestDaF with a result of TDN 4 in all sections, you fulfil the language admission requirements for all German-language degree programmes at H-BRS. The Language Centre offers regular test dates.

German language certificates for admission to the H-BRS

Applicants who have not obtained their study qualification at a German-speaking institution must provide proof of the German language skills required for their degree programme in order to be admitted.
