Postdoc tandems

The postdoc tandem programme is part of the PeP@H-BRS funding programme (Future-oriented recruitment and development of professorial staff at H-BRS). The tandem positions make it possible to gain both research and teaching at the university as well as practical experience at partner institutions during the funding phase. The combination of university and practical components is intended to optimally prepare the participants for the requirements of an HAW professorship and provide them with the formal prerequisites for an HAW professorship.
