The Health and Disability Commissioner and her deputy act as points of contact for disabled staff at the university. They are involved in planning and implementing structural and organisational measures to meet the needs of disabled people at the university. Birgit Riemichen is the chair of the Representative Body for People with Severe Disabilities, and Cornelia Al-Naqib is the deputy chair.
