The HELP advice center advice center advises and accompanies employees on various personal problems as well as on issues that involve the specific family situation. The counseling is aimed at jointly seeking individual approaches to solutions.
The discussions are conducted by a trained specialist who is bound by confidentiality. If necessary, assistance is provided for further support in other institutions.
In order to promote the compatibility of work and family and to create family-friendly working conditions, the Bonn-Rhine-Sieg University of Applied Sciences has set up additional offers for employees (i.e. professors, teachers for special tasks, scientific employees, employees in technology and administration as well as trainees) in addition to the legal possibilities.
