At the TREE Institute of the Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, we conduct interdisciplinary research as a team of scientists on topics related to technology and the natural sciences. We bring expertise from various scientific disciplines such as chemistry, materials science, electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, journalism, and communication science into our research. We are highly interested in transferring sustainability-oriented technology to industry and society, as well as in its communication. Therefore, we regularly seek new partners to collaborate on exciting research and development projects.

Expert Panels

In coordination with our partners, we periodically organize public seminars and discussion panels. These events serve as platforms for open discussion of issues and the exploration of innovative solutions.

Research Colloquia

Our regular research colloquia promote the exchange of scientific topics. Research partners, companies, and our research groups present their work in a lecture format. Subsequent specialized discussions allow for the sharing of experiences and the exploration of opportunities for collaboration.
