Then the Master's programme Cyber Security & Privacy at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences is the right choice for you!

Information on admission and application

For a consecutive Master's programme a Bachelor's degree in the same field of study as the Master's programme must be obtained.
An accredited Bachelor's degree from a so-called Berufsakademie in Germany is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from a higher education institution.

For degrees that were not obtained in Germany, equivalence with German Bachelor' s degrees must be established. This assessment is based on the guidelines of the Central Office for Foreign Education (ZAB) and the Lisbon Recognition Convention, which are binding.

Prerequisites

A professional university degree with a grade of 3.0 or better in a subject in which the computer science component amounted to at least 120 ECTS credits, as well as sufficient competences regarding concepts, methods and tools of computer science. Basic knowledge of IT security and privacy topics - as can be acquired in the Bachelor's degree programme Cyber Security & Privacy - is recommended.

Application period

Your application for the summer semester may be submitted between 15 November and 15 March, and for the winter semester between 15 May and 15 September.
