November 2024 trafen sich Studierende der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg mit Vertreterinnen und Vertretern der Deutschen Telekom Healthcare Solutions zu einer spannenden und informativen Veranstaltung in der T-Gallery in Bonn. Die Exkursion bot exklusive Einblicke in die Digitalisierung der Gesundheitsbranche und ermöglichte einen intensiven Austausch zwischen Nachwuchstalenten und erfahrenen Fachkräften.

Cannabis ban on university campuses
With immediate effect, the consumption of cannabis is prohibited on the university campuses in Sankt Augustin, Rheinbach and Hennef. The President's Office has decided to take this step in order to protect employees, students and minors who are on the university campus.

High level of satisfaction among computer science master's students
According to the latest CHE ranking, computer science master's students at H-BRS are very satisfied with their degree programme. In all categories surveyed, the university scored at least 4.1 out of a possible 5 points, placing it in the top group. In particular, students gave excellent ratings in the areas of study organisation, supervisor, practical orientation and the transition from Bachelor to Master.

DAAD-Preisverleihung 2024
Der Deutsche Akademische Austauschdienst (DAAD) stellt den Universitäten jedes Jahr finanzielle Mittel für den DAAD-Preis für hervorragende Leistungen ausländischer Studierender bereit. Der Preis umfasst 1.000 Euro und kann jeweils an nur eine Person verliehen werden. In diesem Jahr wurde von der H-BRS der Maschinenbau-Student Truong Trung Hieu Pham aus Vietnam für seine herausragenden akademischen Leistungen mit dem DAAD-Preis 2024 ausgezeichnet.
