What are the Future Skills training courses?
The Future Skills training courses promote skills that are important for your studies, your career and your private life. In our training sessions, you will learn how to improve these skills in an interactive and exciting environment. You will receive practical tips for your everyday life together with other students. The training sessions are run by other students who have completed specialised training.

Who can take part in the training sessions
The training sessions are free of charge for all H-BRS students. Both Bachelor's and Master's students from all departments can benefit from the four topics of digital balance, self-management, resilience and emotional strength.
How do I register and when do the training courses take place?
Visit our LEA course and register for our open training courses. You can also find the current dates and availability there. The training courses take place in person on the university's premises.

What advantages do I have by taking part in the training?

What is expected of me as a participant?
- Active participation in the workshop
- Registrations should be kept to avoid empty workshops
- An early cancellation if you cannot attend the training to enable other students to participate
Who are the trainers?
The trainers are also H-BRS students who are trained by our SKILLS team. The peer-to-peer format creates a relaxed training atmosphere in which problems can be addressed openly and discussed in the group.

Through evaluations and constant feedback from trainers & participants, we try to adapt our training courses precisely to the requirements of everyday student life.
