Due to a staff meeting of the student union, the dining hall on Sankt Augustin Campus will be closed on Wednesday, 20 May 2026. The cafeteria koffe-In will close at 12:30. A stew will be offered there.

Nach dem Abitur erst einmal orientieren: Tim Gilles absolviert derzeit ein Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr an der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg. Im Zentrum für Wissenschafts- und Technologietransfer (ZWT) und im Internationalen Zentrum für Nachhaltige Entwicklung (IZNE) unterstützt er Projekte rund um Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation und Wissenschaftskommunikation – und gewinnt dabei wertvolle Einblicke in die Arbeitswelt und mögliche berufliche Perspektiven.

Job shadowing at Student Services promotes international exchange between GJU and H-BRS
From 4 to 15 May, H-BRS welcomed Musab Althawabeyah from the German Jordanian University (GJU) for a two-week job shadowing placement in Student Services. The aim of the visit was to facilitate professional exchange between the two partner universities and to provide an insight into the work processes and structures at H-BRS.

Die bestehende Kooperation zwischen der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg und dem DIGITALHUB Bonn bietet Gründungsteams weit mehr als nur einen Schreibtisch. Durch den gemeinsamen Rahmenvertrag erhalten Studierende Zugang zu einer professionellen Infrastruktur und einem starken Netzwerk in der regionalen Wirtschaft. Ein Einblick in die Praxis des Teams „Neptune“ zeigt, wie dieses Angebot dabei hilft, fokussiert am eigenen Projekt zu arbeiten und wertvolle Kontakte abseits des Campus zu knüpfen.
