Im Rahmen des Aktionsjahres Nachhaltigkeit veranstaltet das ZEV in Kooperation mit der Hochschul- und Kreisbibliothek Bonn-Rhein-Sieg eine Reihe mit dem Titel Facetten der Transformation.

Ringvorlesung "Unternehmensnachfolge Region Bonn-Rhein-Sieg"
Im Rahmen der Ringvorlesung "Unternehmensnachfolge Region Bonn-Rhein-Sieg" werden im Sommersemester 26 einige Veranstaltungen angeboten, die am Campus der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, Standort Sankt Augustin, stattfinden. Die Veranstaltungen finden immer Dienstags von 17:30 Uhr bis 19 Uhr statt (Hörsaal 5). Die Teilnahme ist kostenfrei. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, online an den Veranstaltungen teilzunehmen. Weitere Informationen sind auf der Webseite des Fachbereiches Wirtschaftswissenschaften und zukünftig auch auf der Webseite des Centrum für Entreprenuership, Innovation und Mittelstand (Centim) erhältlich.

From 10 to 15 May 2026, Regina Brautlacht, Senior Lecturer in Business Communication and Entrepreneurship at the Language Centre, accompanied four students from the Department of Management Sciences at H-BRS to the 4th ProGlobe Summer School at the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu (IPV) in Portugal.

The application procedure for degree programmes with restricted admission in the Winter semester 2026/2027 runs until 15 July 2026. You can still enrol for most degree programmes without restricted admission until 1 October 2026

Due to a staff meeting of the student union, the dining hall on Sankt Augustin Campus will be closed on Wednesday, 20 May 2026. The cafeteria koffe-In will close at 12:30. A stew will be offered there.

FSJ an der Hochschule: Zwischen Orientierung und Innovation
Nach dem Abitur erst einmal orientieren: Tim Gilles absolviert derzeit ein Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr an der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg. Im Zentrum für Wissenschafts- und Technologietransfer (ZWT) und im Internationalen Zentrum für Nachhaltige Entwicklung (IZNE) unterstützt er Projekte rund um Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation und Wissenschaftskommunikation – und gewinnt dabei wertvolle Einblicke in die Arbeitswelt und mögliche berufliche Perspektiven.

The Graduate School at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences extends its warmest congratulations to Michelle Walther on the successful completion of her PhD. Her thesis, entitled “Seeing Through the Stars: A Journey Through Human Fake Review Detection”, was defended at the University of Twente and addresses a highly topical issue: how can consumers better identify fake online customer reviews?
