Angelika Stabenow: Das Handwerk der Referentin
Nach 12 Jahren im Präsidialbüro der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg sagt Angelika Stabenow Adieu. Dort war sie Persönliche Referentin des Hochschulpräsidenten Hartmut Ihne, nach dessen Ausscheiden im Herbst 2024 begleitete sie noch die Anfangsphase der neuen Präsidentin Marion Halfmann. Am 1. Juli beginnt für Angelika Stabenow eine neue Lebensphase: der Ruhestand.

At Re:publica 25 in Berlin, Prof Dr Hektor Haarkötter from the Sustainable Social Policy degree programme presented a global initiative against news neglect together with Prof Steve Macek from Chicago. Re:publica is the largest digital conference in Germany.

Emre Ünal and Matthias Muhr successfully defend their doctoral theses
Both doctoral students defended their doctorates on 17 February in cooperation with the LMU Munich and graduated magna cum laude. The photo shows the two with their examiners Prof Dr Peter Kaul (H-BRS) and Prof Dr Thomas M. Klapötke (Munich).
