The Faculty Council is the highest decision-making body of the Faculty of IWK and is responsible for all matters relating to the faculty, unless another responsibility is expressly specified. The meetings of the Faculty Council are generally open to the public. An exception to this are agenda items relating to personnel decisions.

Einladung zum GI-Themenabend: Bachelor-Absolvent Patrick Lenzen als Referent

Patrick Lenzen, Student des Studiengangs Wirtschaftsinformatik im Fachbereich Informatik, hat sein Bachelor-Kolloquium zur Arbeit „Automatisierung und Optimierung von Frontend Unit-Tests mit Hilfe Künstlicher Intelligenz“ mit großem Erfolg abgeschlossen. Aufgrund der hohen fachlichen Relevanz seiner Arbeit wurde er von der Gesellschaft für Informatik (GI) eingeladen, seine Ergebnisse beim Themenabend der Regionalgruppe Köln vorzustellen.

Kinderuni im Rhein-Sieg-Kreis 2026: Wie baut man einen Rennwagen?Du kennst Rennwagen nur aus der Formel 1 im Fernsehen? Das können wir ändern! Wir möchten Dir unseren selbst entwickelten und gebauten Rennwagen und seine Technik vorstellen - zum Begreifen und Anfassen! Außerdem werden wir einige Grundlagen lernen: Welche Teile benötigt ein Auto, um zu fahren und was macht es schnell? Wozu hat ein Rennwagen Flügel? Welche Materialien werden an Rennwagen eingesetzt? Wie funktioniert ein Elektro-Antrieb? Die im Vortrag erlernte Technik zeigen wir euch im Anschluss an unserem aktuellen Rennwagen.
